Golf simulator hire in Utrecht and the surrounding area

Golf op Locatie is based in Wijk bij Duurstede, in the south-east of the province of Utrecht. From here we drive the complete golf simulator to corporate events, weddings, trade shows and parties across the region. Because we are close by, travel costs in and around Utrecht stay low.
Where we go
We deliver throughout the Netherlands, but in the Utrecht region we are there fastest. Think of:
- Utrecht city, from offices in Leidsche Rijn to event venues in the centre;
- Houten, Nieuwegein and IJsselstein;
- Zeist, De Bilt and Bunnik;
- Amersfoort, Veenendaal and Rhenen;
- The Utrechtse Heuvelrug, including Doorn, Driebergen and Leersum;
- Culemborg, Tiel and the Betuwe, just across the provincial border.
Not sure whether we come to your venue? We almost certainly do. Mention the location in your request and we will include the travel costs in the quote.
Travel costs in the region
Our travel costs are €0.25 per kilometre, on top of the package. Because most places in the Utrecht region are half an hour's drive or less from Wijk bij Duurstede, the amount in this region is usually small.
An example: if your venue is 25 kilometres away by road, that is 50 kilometres there and back, or €12.50 in travel costs. The exact amount is always stated in your quote in advance.

Popular venues and occasions in the region
The Utrecht region has many companies, event venues and country estates, and a large international community. A few situations in which a golf simulator works well:
At the office. Many companies in and around Utrecht hold their team event at their own premises, for example in the canteen or on the grounds next to the building. No travel time for colleagues, and a simulator fits in most spaces of 3 by 5 metres with a 3-metre ceiling. Read more in golf simulator hire for your corporate event.
At a country estate. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug and the Kromme Rijn area have beautiful venues for weddings and business events. Outdoors we put up a tent so you can keep playing in wind or a shower.
At the Jaarbeurs and other trade shows. Utrecht is an important trade show city. With a golf simulator on your stand you attract visitors. See trade show activation with a golf simulator.
At a sports club. A club day, anniversary or sponsors' evening at a hockey, football or tennis club. Golf is new to most members, which makes it extra fun.
What we bring
We arrive with everything that is needed:
- Garmin Approach R50 launch monitor;
